European Judicial Network in Civil and Commercial Matters

The network is managed by the EU-Commission and includes a lot of informations about the EU-Countries, the EU-Law, international law and different subjects in link with civil and commercial law as well as regularly updates in closly cooperation with the EU-Countries.

Das Netzwerk wird von der EU-Kommission verwaltet und beinhaltet eine ganze Reihe Auskünfte über EU-Staaten, EU-Recht, internationales Recht und verschiedene Themen in Verbindung mit dem Zivil- und Handelsrecht sowie regelmässige Aktualisierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den EU-Staaten.
