Should you need a company at short notice you would be able to purchase a company from us that is already established and registered with the commercial register.

In purchasing a shelf company you not only safe time and trouble – registration with the commercial register can take up 4 to 6 weeks – but also and most importantly is the exclusion of liability under company establishment.

The liability of a newly established company is only limited to the share capital upon registration with the commercial register, and if the entire share capital is still with the company.  There would be the risk of unlimited and personal liability for the share holders and the managing director at starting business prior to registration. 

Since our pre-established companies are already registered with the commercial register, and the share capital is paid in full, you would be able to commence business immediately after purchase without taking the risk as a share holder or managing director of adverse balance or acting liabilities.

We would gladly be of assistance with regard to other matters in connection with the purchase of a shelf company, like the change of the articles of association, the replacement of the managing director and the obtaining of a business license.
