We assist both the customers and the suppliers in connection with the basis of agreements regarding IT consultancy and regarding supply and operation of all types of IT systems.

Our assistance includes drafting of general licence conditions, terms of business, contracts based on Danish standardized IT contracts, i.e. the so-called K18, K33, K01 and K02, contracts with sub-contractors as well as more specialised contracts in connection with e.g. facility management, outsourcing and hosting. In addition to this we assist our clients in handling and solving of disputes arisen in connection with IT projects, also if our clients should need legal representation in litigation or arbitration proceedings, or mediation. Two partners in this field are authorised IT mediators.

We have great experience in advising about tender in connection with IT related tasks, primarily by examining the tender documents and drafting the conditional reservations to contract documents.
