Profile
Ulla Fabricius is head of the Bang + Regnarsen department for international transport and trade.
For many years Ulla has advised both domestic and international transport and shipping companies and insurance companies, including P&I Clubs on all aspects within transport, shipping and insurance, including:

Ulla has a special expertise drafting and negotiating complex logistics contracts and transport concepts, and Ulla is appointed specialist in the ICC group for transport and logistic. Thus, Ulla was part of the team drafting the new Incoterms 2010 and UCP 600 giving her a unique knowledge of issues to be dealt with in international trade relations.
Ulla has drafted the Danish Standard Trading Conditions applying for stevedores (DHAB 2007) giving her a very good basis for advising within the field of stevedoring.
As an experienced litigator with the right to appear before the Supreme Court in Denmark and certified arbitrator Ulla has an extensive routine in handling disputes with the courts or through arbitration.
Ulla is the author of the 2005 annotated edition of the Danish version of the CMR Convention on the International Carriage of Goods by Road. Further, she is a legal adviser on the FEF portal and European Transport Law where she comments on judgements in transport matters. On top of this Ulla often gives lectures on domestic and international transport and insurance conferences.
