As an authorised liquidator with the Maritime and Commercial Court of Copenhagen Klaus Fiala advises in the area of insolvency law, including reconstructions, suspension of payments and compulsory liquidations.
In addition Klaus Fiala advises on family law, wills and probate, including the drawing up of wills and administration of estates. Klaus Fiala is an authorised administrator of estates at the Probate Court in Lyngby, Denmark, and is a member of the Danish association FAMILIEadvokater, an association of Danish lawyers who have specialised in advising families on family law, i.e. the consequences of the family's legal affairs.
